This is the video by Simon Sinek that I just watched.

What an inspiration!

I like his description of the “Golden Circle”, a new way of looking at how people approach what they do.  He also discusses the Law of Diffusion of Innovation and gives us some great examples of leadership and innovation such as Apple computer, the Wright Brothers and Martin Luther King, Jr.

People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it.

That’s going to be my new catch phrase!
