Find out what I love about Argentina

“Life, love and happiness in Rosario, Argentina’s third largest city” Here is how Alex from the website Expat Everywhere summarised our interview for her site. A couple of weeks ago, she got in touch via Internations and asked me if I would like to share my story as an expat in Argentina and as an online business entrepreneur.

I really enjoyed responding to her questions and it made me think a lot about my situation and the reasons why I am creating this guide for expats around the world.

Here is just one on the interview questions:

  • What do you enjoy about expat life?
Strangely enough I feel more comfortable living in a foreign country than in my own.  None of my expatriations were planned a long time ahead – two weeks prior to moving to London, I had no idea I was going to leave France and not live there for the following thirteen years!  Above all, I love the challenges of living abroad: getting to know the language, the culture, knowing my way around the city better than the locals (a personal favourite!) and making connections with people from all around the world.
