My odyssey as a digital nomad

The spirit of adventure has always pulsed through my veins.

From a young age, I dreamt of uncharted territories, fueled by an insatiable curiosity and a yearning for freedom.

This intrinsic desire to push boundaries and chase the horizon led me on a remarkable journey, transforming me from a wide-eyed explorer into a self-made entrepreneur navigating the dynamic landscape of the digital world.

My odyssey began in France, but soon, the quaint charm of my hometown in Brittany couldn’t contain my restless spirit. 

Seeds of wanderlust

My journey began in 1997 when I left France at the age of 19 to become an au pair in London.

This wasn’t just about childcare; it was a gateway to a dynamic new world, immersing myself in a different culture and language.

London ignited my love for exploration, and I met people from all over the world. 

I embarked on a solo adventure to London, trading familiarity for the electrifying buzz of a global city.

Little did I know that it was just the first of over 30 moves across five countries, each one a stepping stone on my path of self-discovery. 

Berlin’s artistic spirit, Bordeaux’s charming cobbled streets, Valencia’s sun-drenched beaches – each place unfolded like a new chapter, enriching my understanding of the world and myself.

Through these transitions, I learned to adapt and thrive.

Language barriers were conquered, local job regulations deciphered, and local customs absorbed.

While studying business administration and marketing at the University of Greenwich in London, my aspirations shifted towards empowering artists to share their work with the world.

My first post-university role saw me immersed in the exciting world of fundraising at one of the UK’s largest museums.

When I moved to Spain at the height of the Spanish crisis in 2008, I couldn’t find a job in fundraising so shifted towards marketing and communication which were skills I had acquired as a fundraiser.

Each relocation was a crash course in resilience and resourcefulness, building the foundation of self-reliance that would become a cornerstone of my nomadic lifestyle.

Argentina: Home and a new beginning

In 2010, my journey landed me in Rosario, Argentina.

This land of breathtaking landscapes, passionate people, and a thriving entrepreneurial spirit resonated deeply within me.

However, finding local employment proved challenging.

So, I embarked on a new adventure, leveraging my marketing skills to build websites for myself and my partner.

My passion for digital marketing and my desire to help others led me to create this very blog, a platform to share my knowledge and empower aspiring online entrepreneurs.

The birth of an online entrepreneur

This marked a pivotal shift in my journey.

I wasn’t just exploring the world anymore; I was building a career fueled by my deepest passions.

Within six months, my digital venture had taken flight. I started building websites, blogging, and sharing my experiences to help others navigate the online world. 

As I went deeper, I discovered a profound truth: If the job you seek doesn’t exist, create it!

And that’s precisely what I did. This website, dedicated to digital marketing and online entrepreneurship, became my launching pad.

A passion for passionate entrepreneurs

Over the past 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with dozens of online entrepreneurs from across the globe.

From coaches and consultants to travel bloggers and content creators, each collaboration has been a unique adventure.

I’ve witnessed the power of passion firsthand, the unwavering drive that propels individuals towards achieving their dreams.

This unwavering dedication resonates deeply with me.

Throughout my career, I’ve gravitated towards individuals who exude this same passion.

From my time working in the wine industry in Bordeaux to my stint in fundraising at a renowned UK museum, I’ve been surrounded by those who pour their hearts and souls into their endeavours.

This enduring thread of passion has become the guiding force behind my work as a strategist and mentor.
