Rosario Room – Rental Property

I was hired by Wanda to create a website for her rental properties. First I provided some training on online marketing, value proposition and differentiation (read this article describing my work with Wanda). I send created a website with a booking system allowing website visitors to book their rooms online. I also create a blog with blog post relevant to the interest of readers. The site was created using WordPress and one of Elegant Themes templates. I also provided regular back-ups, updates and monitoring, as well as hosting on Dreamhost.

We created a Facebook account and a YouTube page. We created videos in order to present the properties to potential visitors. I provided training and support in all the social media activities and helped Wanda reach out to more people from active participation on the Facebook page and other forums.

I create a very special marketing funnel adapted to the business and the maturity of the market.  Readers reach the website from social media or from a google search on rental properties in Rosario or what to do in Rosario. They would then read interesting articles relevant to their search and were able to request information about rates and availability of the rental properties from the click of a button on the website. Video marketing, social media posts and listings on rental properties marketplace were the principal source of traffic to the website.

Within a few months of working on their online presence, Wanda was able to rent out her properties most weekends, during the city’s special events (Festivals /International Trade Fairs, etc…) and most of the holiday seasons.
